How it works
The Bellba.com concept consists of a very small program which logs Only the active-programwindow-title every 20 seconds when active on the PC, to track your activities. (see Privacy for detailed logging explanation)
These log entries are sent to the server (when connected to the internet) at regular intervals to be matched to your project definitions and reported as work on those projects.
Data on the server is yours and can be deleted, modified at Any time, see also our Privacy statement.
Normally you have to click the Bellba tray icon, to view your activities, check hours a day/week/month or generate reports, see Screenshots about the account pages. It is also possible to configure to have your account page popup when done working your daily work hours.
To manually stop recording right-click on the Bellba tray icon and choose exit.
To manually start recording again (after a manual stop) start the Bellba program from your "All programs - startup" menu.
Normally the program is automaticly started on PC startup, since its located in the "All programs - startup" menu.
